Terms & Conditions
1. Services Provided
The monthly subscription includes copywriting services such as email marketing, website copy, ad copy, and blog posts. The scope of work, number of deliverables, and turnaround time will be agreed upon at the start of each billing cycle.
2. Subscription & Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.

Payment is due on the same date each month, starting from the initial subscription date.

Accepted payment method is Stripe.

Services will not commence until payment has been received.
3. Revisions
Each piece of copy includes up to two rounds of revisions per deliverable, to be requested within 5 business days of delivery. Additional revisions or changes outside the original scope may be subject to extra charges.
4. Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround time for deliverables is 1-2 business days, depending on the nature and volume of the request. Rush requests may be accommodated upon availability and may incur additional fees.
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely and effective delivery, clients must:

Provide clear briefs and necessary materials before work begins.

Respond to communications and revision requests in a timely manner.

Approve or provide feedback on drafts within the agreed-upon timeframe.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all final approved copy becomes the intellectual property of the client. Drafts, unused concepts, and any pre-payment work remain the property of the copywriter.
7. Cancellations & Refunds

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time, but services will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

No partial refunds will be issued for unused time or deliverables not requested within the monthly window.

To cancel, written notice must be submitted at least 3 business days before the next billing date.
8. Pausing a Subscription
Clients may request to pause their subscription for up to one billing cycle. A written request must be submitted at least 3 business days prior to the next billing date.
9. Confidentiality
All client information, materials, and strategies shared will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared or disclosed without prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
While all efforts are made to ensure accuracy and effectiveness, the copywriter is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the content provided, including but not limited to lost revenue or legal disputes.
